She has worked in multiple West Coast Perioperative/Perianesthesia departments and discovered a systemic need for specialty education. This led her to create PACU Nursing Minutes (PNM) YouTube channel in September of 2020. Viewer and subscriber growth has been consistent. This growth grew Cathy's confidence to begin her dream job, to be a full-time perianesthesia educator! But, instead of working for a hospital she is now a nurse entrepreneur contributing to her fellow Nursing tribe! To date PNM has helped 80 RN's obtain CAPA® or CPAN® certification in Perioperative Nursing! "Nurses ARE My WHY!"
